Request - “A drawing of a Bird of Paradise Flower for my girlfriend.”

Response - I went to Phipps Conservatory because I wanted to draw the flower from life. Unfortunately, it was not in bloom. Instead, I drew the fern room as a placeholder. I told him that when it comes back into bloom I would make him the drawing.
